    I'm constantly baking cakes and cupcakes for work birthdays, friend birthdays, friend's children's birthdays...oh the baking! I would definitely mix up some of favorite cake and cupcake recipes with this!

    With this Viking Professional Grade Hand Mixer?
    Mannnnn, I'd whip up everything from coffee to milk, from all kinds of sweet treats to frostings!
    Kinda embarrassed to share this, but I use a $1 cheap steel hand whisk from Dollar Store for everything since I'm still quite new to baking (and cooking!), hehe...so I'd love this hand mixer! And in red color :D

    I'd use it to make your amazing buttercream icing. According to my friends, it's the "best icing everrrrrr" and it "tastes like ice cream." And I'd use it to top your chocolate cupcakes, which have also been a huge hit.

    oh, i would pick the red one for sure. our kitchen has lots of red accents. that would go perfectly. i would make cupcakes, mash potatoes (our family always has to have mash potatoes for sunday dinner), all sorts of goodies ... fingers crossed. & there are so many goodies / recipes that i want to try from Pinterest.
